This is a very sad story but the American in question, Michael A. Turner, was not only arrested in America on gun charges in Florida as there’s much more to his criminal past. He ,Michael Turner, was also arrested for POSSESSION OF COCAINE , POSS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA , RESIST/OBSTRUCT/W/O VIOL , DRIVING W/LICENSE REVOK/SUSPND and POSSESSION OF GHB (Date Rape Drug). Link to cases below and all cases clearly show Michael A. Turner to be a white man born on 3-20-1961.

This stated the story that Michael A. Turner was delivering a camera to the police is at best laughable as why would a businessman engaged in Internet business be borrowing cameras from PNP persons and returning them to a bar. Its much more likely , given this mans history, that he , Michael A. Turner from Hollywood Florida was delivering a gun to said PNP persons.
To make this even more interesting Michael Turner had beef with some AFP persons as he faced a case for abusing and scamming the daughter of a AFP personnel who resided in the Cagayan AFP base. See link below.
