    Anyway I’m glad that you have this kind of site that could help us to find out things regarding visas and other stuff!
    Thank you for your brilliant idea and kindness!
    Well I just want to ask something about K-3 Visa.
    I’m going to marry an American citizen guy on January 31, 2010, I want to ask if it’s possible for me to apply for K-3 Visa after 3 yrs., few months before I graduated into college, because we decided that it’s better for me to finish school and earn my degree before staying in U.S. for good and just go back and forth to Philippines, is the U.S. Embassy will able to allow me to do that? If Yes, can I apply for other visa for me to visit my husband in N.Y. when it’s my vacation in school?
    But aside from that I had an 11 months old baby boy that his real father’s name is not indicated in his birth certificate, so can I able to bring my son with me whenever I go there in U.S. just by applying him a K-4 Visa?

    hello im mylene fullerton from butuan city ask ko lang po kasi was come from DFA sabi kasi nila sa akin hindi mag realease ng passport kung hindi ako makapag cfo seminar pwde po ba akong makapag seminar ng cfo kahit wala pa akong visa at passport plese let me know what to do.thanks.. god blesss !

    Hi Kris,
    In my case, CFO asked me to bring my Affidavit of Legal Capacity ot Marry kasi I was married in Pinas. But it is not really a definite requirement. Kung K-1 ka, you do not have this document.

    Hi Mylene,
    That is very true. You need to attend the CFO seminar before the DFA will issue your passport, especially that you are married to a foreigner.

    There are 2 loctaions for the CFO seminar — in Manila and in Cebu. Depending on what city is near to your place, then you decide.

      hello thank u so much for the response nakakatulong ka talaga.may last questions:pwede ba akong mag cfo seminar while im waiting for my visa petition?i have my NSObirth certificate,NSO marriege contract, a copy of legal capacity,picture album b4 wedding and after wedding, ang tanong ko lang kasi sabi nila we need 2 valid ID’s for the CFO seminar NBI clearance at POSTAL ID lang ang nasa akin ngayon pede na ba un kasi i have plan to go to cebu for CFO seminar this coming november please let me know.thanks..and GOD BLESS!!

    hello miss ting i already have my cfo certificate thank u very much for helping me but i did not receive my cfo sticker yet. pwde sa cfo manila ko nlang kukunin ang cfo sticker ko pagdating ng visa ko?one more question ano ba ang gagawin ko pagdating ng visa ko ano ang una kong dapat gawin? please let me know miss ting.thank u very much and god bless you all the time.
