Did you ever feel contented with your life? Are you happy all the time? You will probably say, “No”.
Contentment and happiness are directly related. You will never be happy if you have the feeling of unsatisfaction in your heart. Human beings are designed to be unsatisfied. Wait. I need to rephrase that. Human beings, in our fallen condition, are almost built in to crave and desire things that we are either not supposed to have or unable to have (according to some author, who I forgot the name was). It is unrealistic to be contented. If you disagree, you are either a hypocrite or just living in the world of fairy tales.
Anyway, here is the secret to living a happy life, which I find effective.
Live by the day, then, and you will be content.
By Charles Spurgeon
But you know what, I could be wrong. I met some people who seem to be happy regardless of what life has brought them. I noticed that they have one common denominator — they rejoice in the name of the Lord. Maybe, this is the secret after all.
If you want to be happy, be.

And we can only be “happy” when we are fully satisfied in God. That is when He is most glorified in us.
But we will never be fully satisfied because there is a battle that rages within us…
The remaining “flesh”!!!
“Oh, wretched woman that I am……..”
Romans 7:15-25 will remain with us until Glory!!!
Blessings, sister!

There are people who, in spite of hardships in life, are happy because they find ways how to handle the struggles with the help of the Almighty God.
