It takes time for the embassy to go back to your case. Since you already provided the lacking docs, do not worry. Usually, ita takes about 2-3 weeks for the embassy to update your files. In the meantime, you (or your USC petitioner) can call the embassy&#039;s hotline to inquire if indeed they already have your 2009 ITR on file. Do not worry to much. I am sure, your case is good. It maybe delayed a bit, but you will still be coming here in the US.

BTW, you can posts all your question in my other blog (www.rimart.us). I have been answering questions there.
