Since you already provided the lacking docs, do not worry. Usually, ita takes about 2-3 weeks for the embassy to update your files. In the meantime, you (or your USC petitioner) can call the embassy's hotline to inquire if indeed they already have your 2009 ITR on file. Do not worry to much. I am sure, your case is good. It maybe delayed a bit, but you will still be coming here in the US. BTW, you can posts all your question in my other blog (www.rimart.us). I have been answering questions there.
